Rhea Rose Refund Policy


1. We are pride for all of our products. Without the intrinsic quality problem, any of our 


sold products are not refundable. The character of the preserved rose like the real rose, 


some tiny fragment might arose in the transport process, this is the normal situation which 


could not relate to the quality problem.  


2. All of the refund application should be lodged within one week after have received the 


products. 


3. If the products have been damaged by artificial factors, which could not be refundable.
